This one will be keeping us safe for a long long time. Digital payments have eliminated the need for cash and transferring of germs. Before the pandemic, this was just a convenient way of paying when you’re out of cash or carrying a lighter wallet but in today’s world, it helps you stay protected from harmful viruses.
- Online shopping
Online shopping wasn’t a regular thing for a lot of people, especially the older generation. It was also not common for a lot of people to buy essential, daily groceries online. But the pandemic made it necessary for us to stay home. This is where online shopping came to our rescue! We now not only are able to buy clothes, shoes and technological gadgets online but we are also able to purchase our fruits, vegetables, dairy, and other daily necessities with the click of a button.
- Video conferencing
This one has really allowed our society to continue functioning as normally as possible. A tool that was once used to mostly stay in touch with family and friends we aren’t able to see every day, in this new world, has allowed schools and offices to operate smoothly on the daily! We at KKWIEER would definitely have not been able to continue educating our students and would have to shut down for a long period of time if we didn’t have a way to connect over the Internet.
- Online streaming platforms
Watching online movies and TV shows is a recreational activity that has taken centre stage and become more significant in our lives since we’ve had to stay home. It has become one of the main sources of entertainment for us because there’s little to do when you can’t go out and meet your friends and family.
This blog just reminds us that we would be nowhere without technology and these inventions have made our lives significantly easier during something as deadly as a global pandemic. KKWIEER takes pride in being able to educate future generations to continue creating inventions that help humanity advance and make the world an easier place to live in.
